Julie has been clear with her communication from the outset. Even whilst on her waiting list, she kept in touch and always made time to answer any questions.
She made my son feel comfortable from day one and enabled him to pass after just 15.5 hours!
Needless to say the next 2 children are on her waiting list! and we very much appreciate her warm, calm nature!
